- A desktop valuation (useful if your freeholder has offered you a lease extension or an outright freehold purchase and you want to establish whether the price is reasonable); OR
- A complete valuation service to establish a fair and reasonable price for a lease extension or freehold purchase (this would be the amount recommended to include on the Notice served on your freeholder);
You may also require the following services:
- Negotiation services to ensure we get the best deal for your transaction once the counter-offer (Counter Notice) has been received from your freeholder;
- Representation at the First-tier Tribunal, formerly the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal (if required, but we will do everything we can to settle outside the Tribunal).
